Covid-19 Information

We have taken extra steps to make sure our guests feel safe on arrival. A specially trained team of Wellness Ambassadors are on standby to ensure that global health and hygiene regulations are fully adhered to. Thermal cameras are installed at the hotel entrance and lobby for mandatory thermal screening before entering the premises. Our colleagues will be wearing masks and respecting social distancing guidelines when greeting guests. We request that guests also wear masks in public areas and maintain the recommended two-meter distance from each other. When using the lifts /elevator, we ask that as far as possible guests ahead of yourself travel alone. We conduct regular temperature checks and are tripling the volume of fresh air in public areas. All public areas are fogged frequently, depending on footfall. We are proud to announce that we fully abide by the local authorities guidelines to ensure our compliance to the highest standards, and we shall audit our safety and hygiene practices across the guest journey.

Leisure facilities such as the Kid’s Club, bowling alley and shooting club have currently suspended operations. The Gym and swimming pool are open with safety measures in place.

We remain committed to delivering outstanding food quality and dining experiences. As an added safety precaution, our kitchens and restaurants are thoroughly sanitized before each service. Currently, a few of our restaurants are closed but we are open for take-out and deliveries.

Guests checking into the hotel over the next few months will notice a number of additional measures being added to the company cleaning standards to set an even higher benchmark for cleanliness at the hotel. Specific areas of focus include:
