We’re taking extra steps to make sure you feel safe on arrival. We’ve introduced a specially trained team of Wellness Ambassadors who will help to ensure that global health and hygiene regulations are being fully adhered to. Thermal cameras are installed in the hotel entrance and lobby for mandatory thermal screening before arriving at the property. Our colleagues will be wearing masks and respecting social distancing when greeting you. We ask that our guests also wear masks in public areas and maintain the recommended two-meter distance from others. When using the lifts /elevator, we ask that you allow the guest in front to travel alone. We conduct regular temperature checks and are tripling the volume of fresh air in public areas. All public areas are fogged frequently, depending on footfall. We are proud to announce we are fully complying with local authorities to ensure the compliance to the highest standards, and we shall audit our safety and hygiene practices across the guest journey.

Leisure facilities such as Swimming Pools, Kids Club has currently suspended operations.

The GYM is open now with safety measures in place.

We remain committed to delivering outstanding food quality and dining experiences. As an added safety precaution, our kitchens and restaurants are thoroughly sanitized before each service. Currently, all restaurants are closed but are open for take-out and deliveries.

When guests check into the hotel over the next few months, they will notice a number of additions to the company cleaning standards to set an even higher standard of cleanliness for the hotel. Specific areas of focus include

  • Sanitation fogging conducted every after each checkout
  • All bed linen and bathroom linen are changed after every checkout
  • Pillows/duvet/pillow protector/mattress protector sent after every checkout
  • All common surfaces, areas /touchpoints will be properly cleaned and disinfected using the recommended products and methods by the local authority.
  • Maintain clear segregation between clean and dirty laundry to avoid cross-contaminations.

    We take great pride in caring for our valued guests, colleagues, and partners, and we aim to provide you with the highest levels of flexibility for your travels in these unprecedented times. As such, Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotels offer all guests (including those with pre-paid or non-refundable reservations) the ability to cancel, without penalty, for stays until 15 September 2020.
